My order was supposed to arrive 6 days ago and I have contacted yourselves twice but the customer service assistant could hardly understand me and i could hardly understand her- foreign accent. I was assured it would then arrive today but has not so I called again and have been told someone will look into what’s happening with my oder. Your after sales service is terrible. Wouldn’t want to use you again

We still haven’t received our order which was placed in store in 14th September 2025. It is now three weeks on and we have had no further communication from Loaf.

I ordered a sofa and cushions in April after visiting their shop in Batley to try them out and see the colours and fabrics.
Sofa finally turned up in September (and had to get it into the house myself because the delivery people claimed it wouldn’t fit).
Cushions still haven’t arrived 5 months later without any mention from Loaf about that, while the website still claims they’re available within a few weeks.
When I asked for an update I received a template reply with no actual information.
The shop experience was no fun either. Constantly pestered by one of the staff who also kept making weird remarks about how my 6-month-old son should be walking by now.

I’m in the process of putting the finishing touches to my dressing room. I was originally going to get a Chaise Longue but then got ti wondering if a single sofa bed would be better. As when the whole family stating it can get a bit hectic. After much looking I can across one at Loaf. So went to show room at Redbrick Mill to ti check it out. The store assistant was extremely helpful and I wasn’t disappointed. Picked up a few swatches and took them home. Finally decided colour so got to it and ordered online.

Looked on the website for the coffee table and it gave the impression that the tables were instock to purchase in the Redbrick showroom in Leeds. Travelled there especially to pick one up only to discover not stock in the showroom and could only order. Ordered on the 23rd August, same day, and still waiting for notification of when item will be delivered on the 28th August. Quite disappointed and underwhelmed by the experience so far. Hoping that the item will meet our expectations as it does look really nice and I can’t find anything else remotely similar.

Relaxed, but knowledgeable sales people. Everything is easy to see and the big fabric swatches make choosing fabrics and colours a pleasure.
Becs was super helpful. She listened to our brief and directed us to appropriate sofas. We ended up buying something completely different to what we had intended from our online viewing, but we are very happy with our choice and looking forward to the delivery!
