the problem is in customs, the shipping costs are expensive enough to pay customs later 😵💫 I know that I live in Barcelona, EU, and it is what it is.

Shocking communication from lobster…
Shocking communication from lobster records. I had to email them after 3 months of hearing nothing from them regarding a preorder I made, only for them to tell me that they still haven't received the preorders from the supplier yet. I had no communication from them for another 2 months, so I emailed to cancel my order. Would have been nice to get an apology or explanation before having to contact them myself.

My experience was fantastic.
Firstly - They had some records that I wanted that had sold out on larger record shops (and could only now find on Discogs.)
Secondly - Those records were on sale! Bonus!
Thirdly - Ordered at 9pm and got a delivery notification the following morning.
Fourthly - Arrived the next day.
I can't speak for everyone and it sounds like some people haven't had such a great experience, but for me defo 100%
