A wonderful shop who fired me out three batches of amazing tunes over January. Great delivery, great shop. Really different catalogue of tunes in their archives too.

I love Lobster Records, such a great record store with a really unique range of records. Their delivery is super quick. I've had issues with stock not being updated on the website, but they're always really helpful when resolving those issues.

Delivery is expensive but great collection of music and great customer service! My go to for anything disco or house or techno!

Store has a really wide selection and high quality standards.
Not being the wealthiest person out there I appreciate the fact there was a 50-70% off sale on 99% of available products (not just records), but that's where the pros end for me.
During the first day of the sale I put all of my items in my cart and forgot to check out, then I received an email reminding me to do so, indicating the sale would end soon. I was not on a rush but I preferred not to waste the opportunity of getting four records for the price of two, so I went ahead.
During the following days, up until yesterday I kept receiving emails about the ongoing sale. I don't feel cheated on, but I do feel like my trust has been played with, which I'm not happy about.
I know it's a sales tactic, but if there's one thing I value more than money (I have little to spend on extras) it's music itself, and Lobster Records made me put money over music here without any need for it because I would've bought the records either way at some point.
Secondly, even though I'm fully aware it's not their fault at all and I'm sure they wish it wouldn't have to be this way, there's the issue with customs after Brexit. I live in Spain so for packages worth less than 150€ I'll have to pay an extra 25 because goods from the UK are now considered imports.
It would've been nice of them to post this information somewhere in the Lobster Records website so that customers outside the UK would be reminded of how things work now. I didn't realize about it until I received an email from the Spanish postal service and I know I am the one responsible of knowing this kind of things as a customer, but I'm just saying it would be nice to have this info around.
And like I said before, I would've bought the records eventually anyway, even if customs almost doubled the total price in the end.
Lastly, even though I placed my order about a week ago it still hasn't arrived. Again, not LR's fault here because there's all the issues with shipping due to Brexit and the pandemic and so on, but this just manages to annoy me a bit further after having the two other issues I described.

I am a big of this Label, which is why I am super disappointed.

I ordered merch and a record, even paid extra for fast delivery and tracking possibility.

The order never arrived at my place because the address was somehow wrong, which I dont understand, because on it appears perfectly correct on bandcamp.

Of course I am aware of possible complications and late arrivals due to the pandemia, but what I really don‘t understand is why I havent received an answer from lobster theremin after having spoken to dhl, who informed me that the package got sent back to England 3 weeks ago.

I paid a lot of money for it (for me it was a lot) and I was looking forward to listening to the record and wearing your merch, but the customer service is non existent. It‘s highly unprofessional and rude to behave this way.
