Was not at all what we expected

Was not at all what we expected. Assumed, since it's the same name and town this would be the same chowder as Lobstertrap dot net but it turned out it is not. They are not even related, will not order again. Ruined our 4th of July party, since we have been bragging to our guests for weeks on how awesome the chowder will be. Not the case. Chowder was watery with not much flavor, could have gotten it locally and saved the $100 in shipping.

Always perfect

Lobsters arrived as scheduled in San Diego. We were told they were big, beautiful and delicious as they have been each time we have ordered.

Accidentally double ordered because I…

Accidentally double ordered because I could not find an email receipt for the first purchase, and given the significance of the occasion I could not risk have nothing arrive. When the lobsters did show up, I did not get a delivery notification, so they sat in my building’s lobby overnight…thawing. Not a great experience this year (I order most years).

a real upstanding company to deal with

After I had an issue with an order, I notified the company and
received a very courteous reply from Jennifer
stating that Lobsters online would be more than willing
to rectify the situation. This was done in a prompt and professional manner and I recommend this company to anyone for Lobsters without worry

Lobsters Were Delicious

Lobsters arrived on time . They were very delicious. Made several meals out of them......Lobster bisque, Lobster Mac n cheese, and of course, Lobster in the shell !
I would recommend people to try Lobsters online !

YUMMY Lobster in my TUMMY!

The lobsters arrived a little later than expected but still in plenty of time for our Memorial Day meal. There was a minor problem with the order and as soon as Lobsters Online found out about it THEY FIXED IT! Thanks for the YUMMY experience!

The entire process was smooth and easy

The entire process was smooth and easy, from placing the order to delivery. Everything arrived right on time, perfectly packed, and the lobsters were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The customer service was top-notch, and I truly appreciated how simple it was to get such high-quality seafood delivered straight to my door. Highly recommend!
