Fresh/Delicious; A+ Customer Service- perfect gift!

The food was fresh and delicious and made a delightful surprise gift for my parents. It also arrived very quickly and well packaged.
I had inputted the wrong billing address, and Jennifer Martin from customer service contacted me right away to help me fix my order without any impact to my delivery time.

The Blue Slime

We got 2 - 3lb lobsters 0ne was fine the other not so much after being cooked and opened it was full of a blue slimy substance though out the hole lobster. Truly never had seen this before an I have had hundreds of them. So tossed it in the trash. The first one was amazing. Had both been good to eat it would be 5⭐️

The Absolute BEST Lobster and customer service ever

I’m a repeat customer that has been ordering lobster tails as a birthday gift for my grandson for years from Lobster on-line. They have sent tails to different states because my grandson was in the NBA for 10 yrs and played for different teams. He has received them every year without any problems, thanks to the EXCELLENT service provided.
The lobsters per my grandson and his guests were the most delicious tails that they had ever eaten. I get messages and calls every year thanking me for the tails, thanks to lobster on-line they say I’m the BEST grandmother ever!
I ALWAYS receive EXCELLENT customer service!

Shipping was not great.

They didn't arrive at all to my home. I had to wait until the following day to go pick them up at the FedEx warehouse another city over, or wait until the following Monday to get them delivered.

Superb customer service!

Superb customer service! A potential hurricane threatened on time Fedex delivery through the Memphis hub but Jennifer was immediately on the line to arrange expedited service to insure the lobsters arrived ahead of the storms.!

We ordered 2 lb lobsters and some…

We ordered 2 lb lobsters and some mussels. One lobster was what I am used to when ordering from you. The second was poor. We ate the claws of that lobster but the tail was not edible. As I normally do I steam the lobsters for a few minutes then put in ice bath. Then remove the tails and claws and finish on the grill. When separating the tail it slid out of the tail in gelatinous pieces. Not good. Had to be discarded.

The lobsters were very large and fresh…

The lobsters were very large and fresh and delicious. I was very worried they would not make the cross country trip but they were fabulous. Some bibs and instructions on how to cook the side dishes would have been awesome.
