Easy pick-up at bari airport
Easy pick-up at bari airport. Car was a different model, which wasn’t an upgrade. Easy drop-off in Rome. Overall positive experience, but a little disappointing with the car.

Everything was great from pick-up to drop-off. The car was new. It was great that it had android auto and carplay, which is very convenient because I can use my navigation.

I rented a car from enterprise for 16…
I rented a car from enterprise for 16 days, the price was not cheap but ok. The processing at Bari Airport was done by Locauto, what we did not knew before. The staff at Bari Airport was friendly, the rental process was easy and fast. Unfortunately we got an older Fiat, which broke down some days later due to mechanical failure..we had to call the road assistance which towed the car...on the next day we traveled back to Bari Airport to get a new car without hesitation. Fortunately the new car was quite new and modern and the rest of our vacation was without car problems. In my opinion it is not longer up to date to use older cars ,which are endangered to have serious technical issues. The return process at Bari Airport was easy and fast.
