Excellent price-quality ratio. Google Maps does not display the coordinates of the Bari airport office accurately. I will definitely return this service.

This is not the first time I've rented a car, and everything went perfectly. The process was quick, the car was delivered on time, and I received a new car.

The pick-up and drop-off process was smooth and well organized. The documentation was clear and easy to understand, and the car was in good condition with no issues throughout the rental. I would definitely recommend this company.
The only suggestion for improvement is to update the check-in location on Booking, as the address shown on the map is different from the actual pick-up location.

Check carefully thé vehicle before because not All the damages are notified when check in. Otherwise it was ok.

The staff was very friendly. The could have been cleaner - sandy and dusty. The rear park assistant was damaged and the watertank for the windshield was empty.

I had another great experience with this car rental company. This is the second time I've used their service, and once again everything was excellent. The booking process was quick and easy, the staff were friendly and professional, and the car was clean, comfortable, and in good condition. Everything went smoothly from pickup to return. The prices were fair, and there were no hidden fees. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable car rental service, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Car and service

During our rental period, our Peugeot 308 HD-479CK suffered a sudden and severe tyre failure near Monopoli. Immediately following the incident, we attempted repeatedly to contact the roadside assistance telephone number provided by Locauto. Despite numerous attempts over a period exceeding forty (90) minutes, we were unable to reach any representative or obtain any assistance.

As a consequence, we were stranded at a petrol station with an immobilized vehicle and no practical support from Locauto.

When we returned the vehicle to the Bari Airport branch, your representatives asked why we had not replaced the tyre with the spare wheel. We explained that no spare wheel had been supplied with the vehicle, making self-replacement impossible. This fact was documented by us at the time of the incident.

Because no assistance was available from Locauto, we had no reasonable alternative but to arrange emergency assistance ourselves. The attending tyre specialist confirmed that the tyre had sustained irreparable sidewall damage and had to be replaced immediately for safety reasons. We therefore incurred an out-of-pocket expense of EUR 200, for which the original invoice is enclosed.

The issue is not that a tyre failed. Such incidents may occur during any rental. The issue is that Locauto failed to provide the emergency roadside assistance that formed an essential part of the rental service and upon which customers are entitled to rely.

As a direct consequence of this service failure, we incurred:
• Emergency expenditure of EUR 200 for tyre replacement;
• Significant delay to our journey and disruption of our holiday;
• Considerable inconvenience and distress while stranded abroad;
• Time and effort arranging emergency assistance that should have been coordinated by Locauto.

In light of the above, we respectfully request:

1. Immediate reimbursement of the EUR 200 paid for the emergency tyre replacement.
2. Appropriate goodwill compensation for the complete failure of the roadside assistance service, the loss of valuable holiday time, and the inconvenience caused.

Quick and easy pick up from the desk to recieving the car, makes a great start to the holiday.

There was only two men at the office at the airport that represented 3 or 4 rental companies. Very busy and a long cue. He instruct us to go to parking where they had another office. There there were 2 men one of them looked like underage. They were both looking at their mobiles. The younger one came to show me the car and he did not know a word of English when I asked a couple of questions! This is unacceptable. They are dealing mainly with tourist. At least they need to know the basic!
