There was only two men at the office at…
There was only two men at the office at the airport that represented 3 or 4 rental companies. Very busy and a long cue. He instruct us to go to parking where they had another office. There there were 2 men one of them looked like underage. They were both looking at their mobiles. The younger one came to show me the car and he did not know a word of English when I asked a couple of questions! This is unacceptable. They are dealing mainly with tourist. At least they need to know the basic!

The rental deal at the airport is difficult to find. It is opposite the arrivals area.

Helpful staff , quick arrival and departure process- Only negative was that we booked a car large enough for 5 people + 4 large suitcases and the car we got was not big enough and we had to travel with suitcases in with the passengers which made our journeys uncomfortable .

Car was great, the process was easy. Better information to understand where the vehicle is picked up from would be great. To make this a five star, would only take the staff at the actual pick up point to be as friendly and helpful as the counter staff at the airport.

Renting a car with oil level close to zero
Renting a car with oil level close to zero is a first time for me. After Driving not even a 100km, the dashboard was suggesting to immediately stop the car and turn off the engine! I was kind of in the middle of nowhere, first day of Holliday. When I returned the car the only gesture from the company was to...pay me back the money I had spend on oil.
