Great experience from start to finish. Easy car pickup and very flexible as I changed plans and was able to leave the car at a different location. All staff was very friendly and accommodating

Easy, reliable car rental
Easy and quick to get a car without prior reservation. Prices are very reasonable with full insurance even on middle class cars, and staff is helpful. Only little surprise was that car hadn't been cleaned after previous users, as it had some sand/rocks and long hair in the salon. However, overall it was a positive experience.

Perfect service
Perfect service! There was a propmt reaction and support from the team. 20 min after the arival, we were in the car going to the wonderful area. No technical issues with the car. It took 2 min to leave the car back. Reccomend!

We picked our car up in bari puglia
We picked our car up in bari puglia. Our reservation was for 1230 our flight was slightly delayed there was a line up and paperwork. Bh the time we got the car it was 2pm. The agent said we could drop it off in lecce at 2. He forgot to tell us that the location on our voucher had changed 3 months before. They close between 2 and 4 which is in rental agreement . We assumed that we could drop keys in a drop box but they need to inspect the car so you have to book appointment for that which isn’t in the rental agreement. Would be fine so far with this except they charged us a day extra for a late fee. Won’t use this company again unless they refund this.

Pick up went smoothly at Bari Airport. Pleasant and helpful staff. Car upgrade offered at a reasonable extra cost to an automatic, which Made my driving experience so much less stressful! Return of vehicle also went well. The only suggestion I would make would be to perhaps open the return office at 07.00 instead of 08.00, with regard to the potential for queuing at airports nowadays. All in all I would recommend Locauto!

Locauto replaced the vehicle having a problem
I got an electronic problem with the panda Hybrid, and needed to replace it at the airport. Locauto replaced immediatly the vehicle without any problem.

Locauto saved our holiday at 23:44!
We were delayed 3.5hrs by NATS outage. Our pre-booked car hire desk at Bari Airport had closed for the night but Locauto came to the rescue, renting us a car at 23:44. The whole process took less than 5 minutes, many many thanks.

The service was friendly and fast. However, the car wasn't very clean, and I got the impression thats the car suspension was quite worn.
