The setup in Bari is very confusing
The setup in Bari is very confusing. You have to walk several hundred yards with you luggage to pickup your car. Return was very smooth.

I paid twice a prepaid reservation…
I paid twice a prepaid reservation because I arrived with a big delay because of flight cancellation.
The comany denied at the airport to give me another car for the remaining days and asked me to rent and prepay another car.
Also told me that I will get a refund for the remaining days for previous reservation.....of course that not happened never.....
