I paid twice a prepaid reservation…
I paid twice a prepaid reservation because I arrived with a big delay because of flight cancellation.
The comany denied at the airport to give me another car for the remaining days and asked me to rent and prepay another car.
Also told me that I will get a refund for the remaining days for previous reservation.....of course that not happened never.....

Good car and friendly Locauto staff
Car almost new, in very good condition. Real condition marked on check in dokument.
Good and friendly staff, quick procedure on taking car. Also returning was quick and easy.
Overall I am very satisfied with Locauto rental, both car and people working there.

Euro Summer was amazing
the rental process was easy. The location to pick up and drop off the car was perfect, right at the airport. the drop off of the key was right at the entrance to my gate at the airport. The car was really cute and modern. I don't know how to drive stick so they got me an automatic car. Loved it.

Hello. This is the fifth time I’ve rented a car from your company, but this is the first time I’ve received such a poor-quality one. The car was heavily scratched, with a dashboard warning that the tires were underinflated; I constantly had to check if the tires were losing air, the seats were dirty, there was no windshield washer fluid, and so on. This time, you really let me down:/

The car was brand new
Tha car was brand new. Very clean. The pickup process was quick, and the staff were friendly and professional. The only issue was that the washer fluid for glass was empty. I would definitely recommend Locauto to anyone. I will be happy to use your services again next time.
