Hago un seguro de 300 euros para llegar a entregar el coche y k me digan n me van a descontar dinero de mi tarjeta por no tener el depósito lleno cuando mi nunca se me avisó de dejarlo lleno .no sé k os puede costar terminar de llenarlo k no estaba en reserva .
They were trying to rip me off at every turn. I paid €300 for insurance so that I could return the car, only to be told that they were going to charge my card because the fuel tank wasn’t full. I was never informed that I had to return the car with a full tank. I don’t know how much it could possibly cost you to fill it up, especially since the tank wasn’t even on reserve.

We had a great experience with Locauto at Bergamo Airport. The pick-up process was very easy and quick, and having full insurance included in our rental gave us peace of mind throughout our trip.
Initially, we rented the car for just a few days, but after seeing how smooth and reliable the whole process was, we decided to extend our rental to almost a month.
The staff were also extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They even spoke a few sentences in Turkish with us, which was such a lovely gesture and really made us smile! 😊
Returning the car was just as easy — everything was completed within minutes, without any problems or unexpected issues.

Generally the rental was good, staff and service were good and car was good. Disappointed that we were charged an extra €56 for additional driver even though we listed it on the booking before going.

Very poor service and customer…
Very poor service and customer experience. Four months after renting a car, I'm still receiving questionable charges and invoices. If you don't want to deal with unpredictable communication and unexpected extra costs, I'd definitely recommend staying away from this company.

Locauto in this situation sends all the info requested to the police, and if the details that the customer left are correct, the ticket will be sent by post directly to the driver.

I ordered car with automatic…
I ordered car with automatic transmission (through booking/carrental), because 5 months ago I broke my left leg (2 broken bones), had surgery and was not sure that I will be able to drive car with manual gearbox. But when I came to your booth received info that I will get car with manual gearbox... And women said that you dont take care what your partners sell. How to understand that??? Why you did not declined order from carrentals for automatic gearbox if you did not had such car? You work like scammers. The car was ok, almost. Screen wash was empty, in mornings I had to wash front window with water.

Locauto does not care for its customers
i had made a booking in may through the Locauto website (not paid on the spot) but then found a better price through a broker so i made a second booking that i did paid for . i tried to cancel the first booking but that was not possible unless i called their call center .
when i arrived at the counter the lady gave me the car for the first booking and took the money a second time. when i observed the mistake i said to them its fine, i am ok with that but for them to refund the booking makde through the broker as its still with locauto, same duration, same airport. they said i must contact the broker , which is nonsense as tboth bookings are with them. Basically they took the money twice and did not care. last time i book with them.

Regarding the payment made through the broker: our counter staff cannot directly alter, cancel, or refund bookings made through third-party platforms. When a prepaid booking is made via a broker, the financial transaction takes place between you and the broker, not directly with us as the supplier. For this reason, the refund request must be processed directly by contacting the broker's customer support team.

Originally booking a car through Rent25Hr who cancelled our booking while we were stuck on a plane which was delayed unable to tell them and keeping our deposit leaving us strandard. Enterprise were able to to provide us with a car and continue to proceed with our holiday. Fantastic service from all the staff thank you
