Easy pick-up and return. Great location close to the trains station and got o a well maintained car

Awesome experience with the people. Very nice and very helpful. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 is the drop off process is not as easy as other locations. The car had to be parked in a fenced lot and then walk back to the office to drop off the keys. I would rent again from locauto!

Was really good and easy which is not normal in Italy.

At the office they did not want to issue the rented car. They were offering with manual transmission while I had rented and payed for the automatic one. After my refusal they had to.
Besides this issue everything went quick and nice. Fast pickup and fast return.

Great experience, quick and easy.

Friendly and fast service. Although a larger car would have been preferable, as I am 194 cm tall, I was able to fit comfortably in the Jeep Avenger. However, passengers sitting behind me did not have much legroom. This minor drawback was more than compensated for by the vehicle’s excellent fuel efficiency. I was also pleasantly surprised that the security deposit was only 1 cent. I highly recommend this company and would gladly use its services again in the future. You are amazing!

Very reasonable prices, the car that was given to us drove great, was low mileage and in pristine condition. Drop-off was smooth and unproblematic. Staff are kind and helpful.

It was an unplanned need to rent from Locauto, do to a mixup with another rental agency, which turned out the best it could.

The agent in Bologna was able to find me a car to meet my needs even though they were fully booked online. I appreciate the agent for excellent work.

The car, clean and relatively new, was ready when we showed up.
No hassles about assurances[which we had anyway].
Easy process. We were out within 5 minutes.

All in all very good experience. Was able to check in online before getting the car which meant we had to spend very little time in the rental office. Upon collection of the car, there was a scratch on one of the rims which was, as far as I could tell, not yet in the protocol, but the employee took a photo and note of it, so no problem there. I say this just to make people aware that it's a good idea to check the car quickly before accepting. The employee was friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the employee couldn't speak English very well, so there was a bit of gesturing and mimicing involved in the encounter, but I guess that's more my fault for going to Italy without speaking any italian. All in all, would recommend.
