All in all very good experience
All in all very good experience. Was able to check in online before getting the car which meant we had to spend very little time in the rental office. Upon collection of the car, there was a scratch on one of the rims which was, as far as I could tell, not yet in the protocol, but the employee took a photo and note of it, so no problem there. I say this just to make people aware that it's a good idea to check the car quickly before accepting. The employee was friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the employee couldn't speak English very well, so there was a bit of gesturing and mimicing involved in the encounter, but I guess that's more my fault for going to Italy without speaking any italian. All in all, would recommend.

Andreas Mandis in Bologna is a perfect man. Thank you Andrea. The company had to recover the issue but they didn't. Andreas helped us alot.
We like the way that stuff - Andreas Mandis - tryed to help us.
I didn't like that I had an issue with the minivan and they couldn't replace it with another minivan (they replaced with a sedan for 5 people with luggages) so we had to pay for another car. We paid 1.300€ total.

Very careful car pre-inspection spection in highly illuminated garage lights are necessecary
A nearly invisible, slight surface-lacquer scratch on the right side of the car, about 5 cm (documented by photographs), was claimed but could not initially be noticed in the darkness of the garage lights when starting the rental.

We gave a quick check to your rental agreement and we confirm that we didn't add new damages at the return.
If the scratch that you mentioned was shorter than 5 cm, as per our tolerance procedure, it's not reported or charged to the customer

We always suggest one of our full protection products as cars are often new and it's a peace of mind for the customer.

I rented an electric car
I rented an electric car, but I ran into a major problem charging it with my credit card, and no one could help me. I thought I'd have to leave the car at the autogrill and hitchhike the rest of the way. At one point, I even felt hopeless and afraid. I couldn't get anything done that day because I spent over four hours at the autogrill with the charging problem. The next day, I changed the car at a different office.

I had booked an SUV , automatic and the car that was only available was Peugeot 208 manual which is a lot different, apart from that they only offered 50euro discount or else I had to cancel booking ,which if I cancelled I would not have other options ,
