Very simple process to reserve and pick up a car. Almost new car with only 2000 km on it. Charged €160 compared to Sixt who quoted me €380.

Had to wait over 35mins for the car to…
Had to wait over 35mins for the car to be ready for us. Then the assistant did not have to time to help us connect the phone to the screen in the car. We needed to screen to be changed to English. But he needed to take care of other customers so not so much time for us. He said it’s always too busy on Monday mornings!

Great car, great service no problems and all. Also it was great there was no need for a big deposit. Returning the car was super easy also the smart check in online. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Initially, we reserved the car in another organization. But in the end, they refused to give us a car, because my credit card did not pass, and they refused to take a debit card. In upset feelings, with luggage and a seven-year-old child, we turned to you. Your staff listened to us and helped us a lot. They agreed to take our debit card and gave us a great car. And our vacation in beautiful Italy was continued. As a result, it even turned out to be cheaper than the competitors. Thank you very much.

The experience was great, the pick up was super quick since we booked online. The car was great as well, the only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that the employee didn't explain some things about the car too much and that they didn't clarify how the dropoff works when it is late at night (9pm)

Bad car maintenance
Short of engine oil just 2nd day after pickup! Because it's Sun. we were forced to skip 2 locations and spent hours and hours drove thru dozen of gas stations and even cobtact a garage w/o any luck! It's a total nightmare!
Your staffs are great, serveices too but, NOT how you maintain your asset -- CAR!
