The online check in was fast and great
The online check in was fast and great. I had my car ready when I checked in and it was in perfect condition. Their system is really good and the drop off is extremely fast as well, confirming the closure of the contract.
I would definitely rent here again

Unfair fuel charge
Although I've returned the vehicle full tank at the Bolonia airport Italy I've been charged 60,00Euro for refueling. This is unacceptable . This is like stealing . You sould be ashamed.

Quick service, modern vehicle with good specifications, and competitive pricing. Pick-up and drop-off were both smooth and quick, and - rarely for car hire companies - there was no attempt to up-sell enhanced insurance.

Good service, nice people
Good service, nice people. I think we got a slightly smaller car than we reserved (VW Taigo instead of Jeep Renegade) but the car was new, no issues, fit our needs. They also gave us a boosterseat for free since we only needed the booster and not the whole seat. Smooth process, no problems, kind staff.
