Ford Van good value
Really good Ford van with great visibility, back up cam, sensors and navi system linked to iPhone. Very fuel efficient. Staff was quick and helpful in pick up and drop off. Good value !!

Quick, straightforward and cheap!
Quick and straightforward, we encountered no issues when returning the car. We rented it for five days and were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the vehicle, especially considering the price. I highly recommend Locauto Bologna over the larger car rental companies.

Poor customer service
Although the car itself was OK and there were no issues I have to score Two Stars as the customer service is a real issue - we had issues both during and after rental and tried and failed to contact customer service
There is no email that one can get a meaningful response from the pho number that is provided is non existent and there online form to report issues swallows your input and does not lead to a real time meaningful response
I would not use this company again
