Very straightforward
Very straightforward taking and giving back - car was in good condition, and clean - not much instruction given as not much English spoken by the car guys, but the office people had ok English. All done on apps, and copies of paperwork supplied on email - service and staff very good - would use again

Quick and not complicated rent
really not complicated rent. When all the others were in queue at other car rentals, I could acces immediately to the front desk of Locauto. Everything was processed quickly by a very polite Miss.

Locauto offers a fast, uncomplicated and friendly service, both when picking up and returning the car.
It was just a bit tricky to find the entrance gate for returning the car.

Good car, long wait
A great car, very clean when picked up and had no problems throughout the rental period.
Only downside was the 80 minute wait to collect the car in a very hot office.
