Hassle free rent
Renting the car was really hassle free. The queue at the rental desk was quite long and so it took some time to actually get the car keys. From there on all went smoothly. The children seat was already in the car when we arrived! Also handing the car in after the rental was quick and easy.

Easy rental and great car
We picked up our car from Brindisi airport. There was a bit of a queue but once we got there, the staff ( sorry don’t know her name) were helpful and friendly. And we had the same experience with Francesco at drop off. The car we had was in good conditions with a large boot for our luggage.

Assistance system badly calibrated
We had a Hyundai i10. The driver assistance system was poorly calibrated. The reading of roadside signs interferes with driving.

Very serious company. No hidden costs. We had a small but powerful car, it was a gasoline car that barely used any fuel. We usually rent diesel but this one beat them all. It was a very clean SEAT.

The thing that you are doing so well is…
The thing that you are doing so well is not badgering people about insurances they neither want or need. It was so refreshing to still be asked if it was something we wanted, but at no point did I feel I was being bullied into buying what I didn’t need.
The young lady who dealt with us was curtious and friendly. The car was clean and presentable and no damage.
On returning the car the staff were polite and friendly, they checked the fuel and then checked the vehicle over. Overall a great experience, well done.
