Tha check-in at Brindisi airport was easy and very quick, We got our car in less than 30min. Dropping the car was also very easy and we had no problem with the car for the entire 2 weeks we rented it.

4th time with Locauto. They may be slightly more expensive than some but the quality in customer service is worth it. A real pleasure to deal with their polite, professional and enthusiastic staff. At Brindisi airport this is especially the case. The cars we have had have been in tip top condition. Well done Locauto for showing your industry the way

After some disappointing experiences with other rental companies, finding such a professional and customer-oriented service was a real relief. From the moment I picked up the car, the staff were courteous, helpful, and transparent, with absolutely no pressure to purchase additional services or insurance.
The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the entire process was clear, efficient, and straightforward. What impressed me most was the professionalism and respect shown to customers, which unfortunately is not always common in the car rental industry.
The return process was just as smooth: quick, fair, and completely hassle-free. Everything was handled professionally, allowing me to enjoy my trip with complete peace of mind.
A big thank you to the team. I would highly recommend Locauto and will definitely choose them again in the future.

I arrived at the counter an hour earlier than agreed upon in the contract. The employee wanted to charge me for an additional day due to the early pickup of the vehicle. I felt this was unreasonable and refused to pay. So I went back to the counter an hour later.
On a positive note, the other employee did not try to sell me any additional insurance or other services afterward. The vehicle pickup and return went off without a hitch from then on.

We would like to clarify what happened regarding the early arrival, as it seems there was a slight misunderstanding. Our rental rates are calculated on a strict 24-hour basis starting from the exact moment the car is picked up.
Our agent did not intend to simply charge you an extra fee for arriving early; rather, picking up the car an hour ahead of schedule automatically shifts the return deadline an hour earlier as well. If your scheduled return time remained the same as the original contract, it would have pushed the total rental duration into a new 24-hour billing cycle, which triggers an additional day's charge.
We appreciate your patience.

Great experience overall. Car in excellent condition, all minor marks/damage clearly highlighted and print + email copy of same provided when picking up car. When dropping car back at the end of the rental the check of car is done with you present. Very speedy and efficient process. Not looking to catch customers out unlike many other providers.

Very helpful staff, friendly and with excellent English. We arrived late, flight was delayed, that was no problem. We received an upgrade on the car for no extra cost. Returning the car was quick and easy. I would highly recommend using Locauto in Brindisi airport
