The car was great
The car was great, service from staff giving and receiving the car was also really good - putting the onboard screen controls into English for example. Booking online was very easy. Return of car was very simple too. The reason for not giving 5 stars: Service from staff within the office needs some work. Only one member of staff out of three behind the desk was processing hires, so a long queue formed and there was an extended wait in the heat.

Hired a car in Florence via Zest
Hired a car in Florence via Zest. Locauto were great. Efficient shuttle from the airport to the rental car area. A little slow in the office sorting the paperwork - but very quick at the pick up and then very quick and efficient at the drop off. Friendly at all stages. A good. car too.

Good, clean, uncomplicated
After not founding our car, we got an upgrade. The car was low milage, clean and in good condition. The guys at the rental station did a good job and they were very nice. Same as we returned the car. I would book again.

Staff at Firenze Airport was very nice, friendly and helpful.
The car was in very good condition.
Then at Bologna Airport for returning our car, I had a great experience, too. I forgot one item in the car and they found it and returned it to me! Absolutely fantastic!!!
