It was too puzzling to return the car in FCO when the office is closed. No google map directions, just a difficult to understand paper map black and white of the airport. Almost missed our flight trying to reach the location. Then, you proceed to charge me 60 euros only per fueling fee when I literally wasted the whole time trying to reach the rental place. I was out only 2 marks of the fuel meter. Worst experience in rental ever.

We had great expiriance with Locauto. Profesional service in Florence office,very kind and helpfull. Car we got , was upgraded class ,easy to leave on Aeroport in Florence ,fast service again.

Nice and easy pick up process and drop off. Car was in good condition and fairly new. Good all round service

Very helpful staff, Clean cars. The only thing needs improvement is they don't take payment from all cards, The card has to be physical. I was using my mobile phone to pay.

Locauto was such a pleasant experience! The staff were extremely professional and friendly, and we were given a perfect car for our first road trip through Tuscany. The whole process was smooth. We had a couple of locals that warned us about scams by rental companies, but there was zero concern. Highly recommend!

Overall, a good experience thanks to the simplicity and speed of the process, as well as the price. The only downside was the assessment of a small chip in the glass: less than 3 cm, yet it was valued at €660, which seems clearly excessive. Fortunately, it was covered by insurance through an external broker.

Although it wasn't the original vehicle we requested, the alternative car provided was new, comfortable & the before & after service we received from locauto staff was excellent. We'll definitely consider Locauto when in Italy again

The service was fast, efficient, and well-priced. I called on Thursday evening and had the car by Friday morning. We chose the “Don’t Worry” package, which allowed us to travel with complete peace of mind.

A big thank you to Soukaina and Serge, who were both extremely helpful and available throughout the process. They clearly explained everything (insurance, fees, etc.), and being able to communicate in French made things much easier.

Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I highly recommend Locauto.

Great experience for the service operation

Everything was easy - from the online booking to the pickup and drop off experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was efficient and supportive. I also found the price to be reasonable. Great experience!

The car was exactly what I reserved, pick up was easy, and the pick up and drop off locations were great. Only issue was that I did not get a contract as I took the car and had to ask for several days (yes, it was emailed to me).

First contact by email they were really nice and offered me the best price and conditions compared with other companies. In the day I arrived, I sent an email saying that I was not going to arrive at the time I made the reservation and they answered me that they would hold the reservation. I arrived almost two hours later and there was no problem.

I pointed out a dent on the back left wheel arch of the car when I received it and was assured that it had already been recorded. However, upon returning the vehicle, I was told I would be charged €500 for that same dent.

I immediately sent through photos proving the damage was already there when we collected the car, but after four days I still haven’t received any feedback.

To make matters worse, we specifically booked an SUV for our trip, but were given a vehicle with very low ground clearance instead. When we queried this, we were rudely told it was the only option available and that we could “take it or leave it.”

Overall, a very disappointing experience. The car itself was fine, but the service and handling of the situation were unacceptable.

Easy to get and return the car. The attendand was really nice. The only complaint is that the car was not so clean inside.

Location were very efficient and helpful in providing a vehicle that would suit our needs for a wonderful week in Tuscany. An easy walk from the station in Firenze, there were no issues, plus there pricing was much better than the larger competitors.
