The car collection was slow
The car collection was slow. The only new information they needed, to my knowledge, was the additional driver details.
The car needed to be cleaned before we could drive which incurred a further wait.
The vehicle itself was fine.

The car that was available was totally…
The car that was available was totally different style than the jeep on the photo. It was not similar at all. It was a hatchback and did not accommodate our luggage well. There were NO other options to look at. I’ve been renting for decades and there is always another option. The ladies nice but the man was actually rude.
