Good car, friendly staff and clean car
Very friendly people. We rented a small car and got a jeepy renegade. Clean, full tank etc.
Nice price we picked up at La Spezia and delivered at Genova airport. Very good service.

Company is ok, but...don't have problems...
I liked the uncomplicated pick up and drop off and the friendly personnel. The car was as expected.
I didn't like the handling of a problem I had after I had to change a tire.
It was possible talking in english with the call center but the person(s) clearly didn't get what I was saying. Furthermore there was no solution offered during a weekend.
In the end I had to figure things out by myself.

Bad service expirence
Audi Italy rented a car for me (my car went for repair), and i had to make a deposit.
Unfortunately i had an accident - not my fault - the other part declared guilty and filed all insurance papers (LocAuto got a copy).
LocAuto still withdraw the money from my credit card - and I'm not able to get them to refund my deposit so far!

Good product, customer service left to be desired
While its a good company, we were greeted at the spezia location with no smile in a very cold borderline rude manner. It s not inviting and with so many other options I will choose another company next time.

Easy check in, lovely staff
The check in process was probably the easiest of any car hire I’ve done around the world. Using the online check in prior to my arrival really helped speed up the process and got me on the road within about ten minutes. The staff in La Spezia and Verona Airport were lovely, efficient and helpful.
