We had to rent a car spontaniously because another company was not keeping the contract as promised. Locauto was our saviour in need! Everything from the first phonecall over the quality of the car till the checkout was very good. We had not a single compaint.

Nice pick up, navigator to be improved
I liked tha pick up at Venezia airport. Telmo was very nice and attentive and the online check in made it very easy and fast.
The car was good. The only thing we missed was the connectivity of the cell phone with the bigger screen for the maps as it is very useful to drive around. We could not connect the maps to it, only the music.
All cars should have the navigator prepared for plug and play
Returned the car at La Spezia. I was arriving on time but traffic because the football match made me arrive 10 minutes later. I called te office but they would not wait for me and I had to park it and leave the keys on the bar next door.

Your personnel in la spezia is so lazy
Your personnel in la spezia refused to report a scratch on wheel claiming it was below 5cm. At Florence airport then you charged me for this... You are scam and Im gonna put bad reviews everywhere. RETURN MY MONEY!
Also they told me that the car was fully reviewed and I found a BIG scratch in the back, luckily I reported it.
I will tell all my friends to avoid renting in this company

Good ratio price/quality
Good ratio price/quality. Car condition was poor because of the all the damage on the body. Importants damages were not identify on the report condition. The employee did review the report without discussion but I felt that somebody did not do his job and consequently, could have been very bad situation for the customer since we brought back the car to another site.

The office is not easy to reach with…
The office is not easy to reach with current public transport links in La Spezia. A pickup or drop off service would greatly improve the service. Even a taxi service would be a massive improvement.
The office is not close to the port or train station so really inaccessible.
