Everything was great until the end when we returned the car and the guy looked at the gas gauge and said all set then charged us for 8 liters plus a service fee totaling 61 euros . Unacceptable!

Car was a very old model & Was not Clean
Car was a very old model. Could not connect phone. So had trouble riding as Maps were not displayed conveniently.
Car was not properly clean. Only cleaned from outside. Internal cleaning was not at all done. Very bad mats and even sand was there inside the car.
Car was handed late & wet and in d wet area. While handing over d car at Milan, we were not able to locate. There was once scanner available, which I could hv recd on mail.

Very good servíce both at pick up and delivery; the staff were very nice and helpful. The car (Kia Soul manual) was easy to drive and comfy for three adults with bagpacks.

easy simple fast and good value
all was in order and ready upon pick up and car return was also easy and quick. the return center was very friendly and helped us order a taxi to our hotel too. the only issue was the car had squealing brakes but still worked fine.
