Amazing experience
Amazing experience! The car was perfect and clean and the people were very nice, also they accept debit cards!! If I go back to Italy, I’ll be renting another car with Locauto for sure!!

Amazing company
First tof all, we reached at 9 AM on 24th sep 2025 ( just to thank the employee at that shift). Then he requested all the needed documents and visa of the driver, then he offers to return the car at airport and to pay extra which we don't mind to be free of bus hassle.
Then he printed new contract with extra day and luckily with no fees.
Then he handed over the van which was very brand new van and neat.
This company offers zero deposit on your visa, and their communication is clear without any hidden fees.
I really enjoyed the trip having this van and I really recommend it.

Everything went well with the car
Everything went well with the car. We were given a Kia Stonic and the damages that the car already had were told to us by the company. Also there were no issues during the 4 days we took the car.

Ultimate customer service
Outstanding experience with this Italian rental car company, first time we used them. First, they rented a vehicle to us when no other major companies would or even honor an already paid for contract (some idiotic requirement for an international driver permit) and delivered the vehicle to our hotel within 1 hour or so of ordering it. Very personable representative, perfect English, nice large SUV (Volvo X90), not that easy to find in Europe. Car was very clean and barely had a few thousand miles on. It did have a few dents on, immediately acknowledged and actually pointed out. The contract, support and drop-off (in a different city) where standard for any major rental company and went flawlessly, they apparently operate also as the Enterprise arm in Italy. Moreover, we got a substantial refund (~ $150) for bringing the car back 12 hours earlier than contracted, which never happens in US. This was expensive but any extraordinary service is, we were very pleased with he experience, if in Italy give them try they seem to be solid company.

No car delivery on time
Our time to pick up the car was 11.30 am, the car wasn’r ready when we artived, we waited for about 40 minutes for the car to cleaned and brought from somewhere else, and the personel wasn’t polite that we waited, they even told us that they are wasting their lunch break waiting for the car as if it is our fault
