All is ok only watt I don’t like we agree of suv mg car for our deal & the time we have to receive the car we go different car salon car fiat the reason is the other car is on service but if is this the case we expect similar car suv not salon small car so just fir next time is very bade to be happen like also for the deposit we have not got refund of 100€

The car was delivered to our hotel on time by a very professional and pleasant representative from your company. Also the automobile was an upgrade to an Audi which was easy to drive especially on challenging mountain roads. You also made it easy for me to drop off the car at my hotel upon my return to Milan. The check out process in Milan was fun
The check out process in Milan was fun. We talked to the agent there for almost an hour. The drop off was super easy and quick. Also the direction to the pick up location and drop off were very easy to follow. So far this was my best rental car experience in three times to Europe.

Last minute rental
We required a rental at the last minute. Fortunately our hotel concierge was able to obtain a rental with Locauto and had the car delivered directly to the hotel. The agent was very helpful and efficient.

car was given to us with significant delay. Aircon didnt work and we noticed when it was too late, whilst driving under the rain/fog on the highway. despite all this, we were asked to pay an extra day for returning the car just 1hr and 15mins beyond limit time. With a quarter of tank missing of gasoline, we were charged 42eur to refill the car. All this is absolutely unacceptable.
I can't imagine renting from Locauto again!!
