Our experience was good
Our experience was very good, to start the car was on time as well as reliable, we got a Corsica. What we didn’t like was the fact that when we received the car there was no inspection from our part, we sign, pay and the guy left so fast, but when we returned the car they inspected it and without saying anything we were charged for a couple of scratches that the car already had ( we took a picture before we started our trip.
We would liked to be advised of the extra charge.

My rented car got robbed very very easily
I picked up the car from Milano- Viale Cossala and went to Serravale Outlet Center. When we were shopping our car our luggages were robbed. I rented a Toyota car but it was changed with Fiat Panda. I think open the car by a thief very east because there was no damage on the car.
When I dropped the car, a staff of Locauto came and I said her that our car was opened by a thief, she went directly to driver door lock and said "oo yes there is a damage at the lock". It was a big suprise for me because she went directly to lock of the door. She was so rude. I said to her I have a flight in less than one hour she said you must ne here earlier. Really? I got robbed at your car and she gave me advice. It is not my false, it is your country false and ashame. If I got robbed as a tourist in your country, of course I will be Kate because I tried to understand what was happening?
The officer said I do my job, you should wait but terminal is 5 minutes away. It was a big ile because I learned international departure is at the other terminal (8 minutes by taxi) and I missed my flight. And then I saw that Locauto took money from my credit card. I am sorry I got robbed and could not buy fuel-oil. They charged me for gas and 50 euros for service to go a near gas station. Another charge for I got robbery approximately 280 euros for lock but I can not understand how they assesed in 30 minutes the amount of charge.
I did not hear " I am sorry for your lost" from Locauto yet. Some of my friend said, some workersöof Locauto might trace my way from GPS and cause damage for extra charges. I do not want believe that but there was no ordinary damage for a robbery, ıt was like a second key opened the car. I parked the car in a crowded line in Serravale Outlet open car park. I do not know what should I do.
