I’m very disappointed
I rented a car in Milan due to the strike, I was going to be two days that’s way I thought renting a car was a good idea for taking advantage of the day. When I was going back the car at the train terminal in Milan at the next day, unfortunately I got in trouble first in the gas station and then we had a struggling situation with the luggage. I knew I have one hour after the die time, but at the end, I arrived more than an hour late, so I explained the situation and asked for help and comprehension, and I thought the rental car was going apply a penalty for delay but charged me the cost of another day instead. It’s not fair!

This location has incorrectly charged…
This location has incorrectly charged us (320€) for a car boot that was ‘missing’ from the car - the car never had a boot cover when we picked it up. We have been trying to contact the location and enterprise to resolve and they do not respond.

Dear Sirs! the Car was good but when return car to the airport was spoiled everthing and awful, we could not find the parking, nobode told us that we have to drive with bus to the Airport, the company charge me extra fro 150 euro for the car to be in the Airport after extra 137 euro for 30 % of the petrol, iits was terrible, I am coming next week to Italy 2 weeks but never use you rent service again, I will use another car rent

It’s a horrible experience with the company. My car Tyre went flat, the operator did not even provide assistance immediately. I had to wait for almost 5 hours for the roadside assistance to come down.
In addition, we tried to call, email the contact staff but nobody has been picking up for the last 7 hours. It’s a horrible experience. Please do not rent a car from
Them ever. You will get zero help when something happens to you.
