I am always pleased to rent from them the only thing that bothers me that when you go on their website to rent the price is 2x over from others. So instead of booking directly from them I am booking from other sites with full insurance. If they reduce the insurance and compare it from other sites I thing it would be better.

At Milano Linate we received a Ford…
At Milano Linate we received a Ford Puma instead of the VW T-Roc we had reserved. We were told this was un upgrade (gratis). Fine, but this Ford Puma appeared unfortunately to be a very unstable car, since it lacked road holding and was gifted with a dangerously "vibrating" steering wheel at higher speeds ...When we mentioned our worries in a mail we got a very bureaucratic and unhelpful response: We had to be happy and grateful with our upgrade ! The person who checked the car when we returned it was definitely not friendly or even polite. We paid for a "no worries" package, about 900 euros ...

I got a penalty for returning the car…
I got a penalty for returning the car almost full. I had explained to the representative that 1 gas station he referred me to was closed and that I drove to another gas station which didn't want to take any of my 6 credit or debit cards. I then used all my cash to fill the car up, which was just below full and I still got a penalty as I didn't return it full. This was completely out of my control as I tried my best to adhere to your policy. I would have expected some understanding and grace in this situation.

This allows our customers to prepay for the full tank at the start of the rental and return the vehicle without the need to look for an open or working gas station before dropping it off.

almost everything was great but avoid opel frontera
almost everything was great, though the opel frontera is the most annoying car I've ever driven, constantly beeping at every single speed sign, frequently indicating I was in a 40 zone when on the motorway in a 130 zone. thankfully managed to silence the "you're driving above the speed limit" whinge but couldn't turn off the "new speed limit " noise. not locauto fault but seriously annoying.

My flight arrived late and although I was calling the office before closing hour (calling at 23:54, 23:56, 23:59, closing hour is named to be 23:59), nobody was taking the phone and when I reached the office, around 0:14, it was already closed. Also nobody was in the office at the parking. I needed to take a taxi to the hotel and come back the following morning again with a taxi. I was calling that morning again at 7:00 to ensure my reservation was still active. It was not the case, but the colleague in the office was very helpful and arranging that I could get a car. However, it took me in total around 1,5h, time I was getting too late to my working place.
