Friendly and attentive staff
Friendly and attentive staff. Even whilst training a new staff member, the gentleman dealing with my booking was efficient and polite at all times. We were given a appropriate car and directed to the collection point where we were also attended to and shown to the car where any defects were shown and discussed, which was very refreshing as many car hire companies neglect such services and I have had unpleasant recent experiences which made renting a car less attractive to us. But this rental experience has been a peasant one, thank you very much.

I was supposed to pick up my car on…
I was supposed to pick up my car on Tuesday, but because my flight was delayed eight hours I missed my pick up, I was not offered a refund or a discount, but told if I wanted a car I needed to pay full price. they canceled my pick up instead of just bumping it to the next day. I was not able to contact them because no one answered the phone.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The pick-up process was very quick and efficient, and returning the car was just as fast. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. No hassle, no surprises, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend their service.

Best place to hire cars. The Car we got was in top notch condition and gave no problems during our 10 day trip where we drove about 4-5 hours everyday. Got a Hybrid which also saved a lot of fuel. Everyone was super helpful HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Locauto at Milan Linate airport
Our car hire was with Alamo but we had to go to the Locauto desk at Linate airport, lady we dealt with (Barbara) was so pleasant and helpful and we were on our way quickly after an early flight. Lovely start to a relaxing vacation.

Everything went as expected, this is the best compliment for the car rental company.
Initially, we were given a weird baby chair, but the manager quickly replaced it with the proper Isofix one. Make sure you ask for the isofix right away!

Great service! Amazing car! It was very easy to rent a car in Milan to use in Bergamo and around that area. Car worked perfectly and allowed me to many more things without wasting time waiting for public transportation. Will definitely rent again from Locauto.

We did register from home before…
We did register from home before arriving at the airport. Again in the airport office, we needed to registrer again all the information we already sent.
We left the car before office opening hours, in Turin airport and we were told to put the key in a key-box in the airport. After looking for this for 40 min. we gave up, and left the keys in the car. I informed this to Locauto costumer service, and now after 36hours I still haven´t heard anything from them regarding this.
