The customer service people we dealt with were really helpful and friendly. They explained things clearly and simply. Importantly there wasn’t the usual push to sell more insurance that you get with the other rental companies.

We had chosen the wrong drop-off terminal at the airport and the customer service team picked this up and fixed it, again, no problem. The drop off instructions were great - QR code was a great idea.

Easy pick up and return. Good service. Nice and clean car.

After being denied a reserved car in other company for not having a international driver license, I found a helpful person at Locauto desk who provided us with a nice car (Ford Puma) for our 11 days trip. Staff at pick up/return location point very kind and helpful

We had an excellent experience with Locauto Milano Centrale and would definitely rent from them again.

The whole process was quick, simple and transparent. The contract was clear, there was no security deposit, and we were able to rent the car using a debit card. All we needed was a passport, a driving licence and a bank card.

I have a Ukrainian driving licence with information in Latin characters, and unlike another rental company in Milan, Locauto correctly accepted it without asking for unnecessary additional documents or an International Driving Permit. That professionalism actually saved our holiday after another company refused to rent us a car.

The car was clean, in excellent condition and drove perfectly throughout our trip to Lake Garda.

A special thank you to Yana at the Milano Centrale office. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely helpful. She explained everything clearly, made the process completely stress-free and went above and beyond to help us. Employees like Yana are a huge asset to any company, and I truly hope her hard work is recognised by management.

Highly recommended. Locauto will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Italy.
