After Locaute gave us neutral and unbiased information about the options available, we opted for full comprehensive cover with no excess, given the reckless driving on Palermo's roads. We took delivery of the car Palermo Notarbartolo in good condition and, fortunately, were able to return it without any formalities.

We booked our car on site and that was a very quick and easy process, same with the return. We had very good experience and would recommend the services to everyone.

Easy pick-up, very helpful office staff. Car was just what we needed. Drop off was also easy with staff very helpful. Even drove us to the train station with our suitcases. I could not recommend highly enough

Booked a small car by Booking.com including full assurance. Got a clean Hyundai with 69’500 km with good tires and a lot of scratches and bumps. Bought for 35€ the option to return it without a full buck which paid out. No stress at the Palermo Airport. Easy pick Up in 15min, simple return, less than 10min. Overall a very good experience, can recommend Locauto in Palermo.

Staff was all very nice and kind. Helped with requests and very efficient. Car return was a very challenging experience. At Catania airport, the signs were not clear enough and after following several signs, no more signs found and I got lost. Had to circle around the airport (in very heavy traffic) and that was a very scary experience. This seems to apply for other companies, so it could be airport design issue.. but nevertheless, I am sharing the experience from foreigners view point. Other than that, all went well and car was good!
