Smooth experience, helpful staff, and good car
My boyfriend and I rented a car for 2 days in Palermo. The staff at Locauto was very helpful and friendly. The service was smooth and it didn’t take too long to register and get the keys to start using the car. The car itself was clean and was comfortable to drive with. We took “Don’t Worry” protection and at the end of the rental period, we delivered the car, the employee from Locauto did a quick check on the car, we signed the end of the contract, and everything was in order. All in all, very good and smooth experience. I would definitely recommend when hiring a car in Palermo!

Easy reservation by phone but the app does not work too well. It is the second time I am using Locauto for rentals in Sicily and they never let me down. No additional costs or forceful sales, everything is clear and respected.

—-we had to pay $500 said the first payment went to another company—- they were just a representative of the company owning the car.
We returned the car 4 days early and didn’t expect a refund. I did find a $120 charge from you along with a $50
Gas charge—- the gague was close to full—why $120charge never explained but on the credit card

Great car and easy experience in English in the heart of Sicily
In spite of having to alter our pick up location and thus requiring a completely new booking, the agent in Palermo worked to offer a similar pricing with an extra day. They made the check out easy and offered free on site parking in downtown Palermo - a huge bonus. The car was spacious and well appointed. Appropriate for the narrow streets in Palermo, Marsala and Trapani.

All around a good experience
Smooth pickup and drop off (pick up at Palermo Notarbartolo and dropped at Catania Airport), the Fiat Panda worked perfectly and we got the best price. All good.
I booked a few weeks in advance via Booking.com, with the extended warranty, and Locauto handled the rest really well.
