Good cars but bad organization
We did not get the car we booked on booking.com
The return of the car was super unorganized with no structure at all. We waited forever (1+ hour) and then just had to leave the keys without a check, otherwise we would have missed our flight.
The car war great and clean. But the organization could use some work

Highly recommend!
We picked up our car in Naples and the ladies were most helpful. We returned the car in Palermo and Anna was a pleasure to deal with. Easy, effortless and helpful, she even called a taxi to get us to our accomodation. The car was excellent and in perfect condition and extremely well maintained. We would definitely recommend this company for car hire.

Great Car/Great Service
Customer service provided by the local representative was excellent. We were exchanging cars (turning in a car after a 28-day rental and getting a new one for another 28 days) and our options and choices were clearly laid out and the rep assisted us in making the right decision. The car was almost new and fit our expectations and objectives entirely. Great car/great service!

Great prices and excellent service by Giuseppe. If it wasn't for some minor issues between Booking.com and Locauto insurance (difference in coverage), I would've rated it 5 stars. Said this, it seems more convenient getting the insurance with Locauto directly - that way you can avoid any payment for damage, then having to make a claim with the third-party insurance and waiting for reimbursement for godknowshowlong.

Disappointed by the end of the trip
Very good handling of a dispute by the Catania airport agency.
On the other hand, the agency in Parlerme center gave us a very poor reception and took 600 euros from us without explaining why.

Everything went super smoothly with Locauto. Giuseppe was great – very friendly and easy to communicate with during both pick-up and return. The Fiat Panda Hybrid was in perfect condition and had very low fuel consumption. A totally hassle-free experience – would definitely rent here again!

Smooth Rental Experience
We arrived later than expected due to a taxi strike, but it was no problem at all. A very friendly lady welcomed us and explained everything clearly. We were even able to change the return location on short notice, and she recommended the best gas station for refueling before drop-off.
The return process was also super smooth – two young men were extremely friendly and easy-going. Excellent service!
