We can really recommend this agency! The check-in was smooth, Rubino did a great job in handing over and taking back the car, the car was new and in an excellent condition. Next time again!

I returned scratches were discovered under the bottom of the bumper which could not be seen in the pick up photos because the photos won’t taken from underneath the car
I was charged a ride consistent with a long scratch on paint work.

I dispute having system damage. I cannot confirm for the photograph was not taken underneath the car.

The staff at the car rental pick-up were very uncooperative. They refused to hand over the rental car, which had already been fully paid for, because the card number was not embossed on the physical credit card. It was not sufficient for them that the card number could be displayed in an app. A screenshot of the card details was also not accepted.
The original amount that had already been paid was not refunded, regardless of whether we took the rental car with the additional payment or not. Providing the deposit in cash or by debit card was also not accepted.
Only after the Check24 customer service discussed the matter with the staff was it offered that the card would be accepted if we took out an additional insurance policy, which cost twice as much as the rental car itself. Since we depended on the car, we paid the additional amount. The payment was made with the very same credit card that had initially been rejected. Total rip-off. The staff were extremely unfriendly and had no interest in doing their job properly. The terms and conditions do not state anywhere that the card number must be embossed on the physical card. We will never book a rental car through Locauto again!

They gave us a brand new car. Everything was perfect, they checked the car before we left, no problem at all at the return.

We picked up our car in Palermo and dropped it off in Catania. However, the exact drop-off location in Catania was not mentioned in the papers or information we received and was pretty hard to find. Some additional information on the exact drop-off location would have been very helpful to avoid some frustration.
No other complaints.

Booked a premium German hatchback but was told this was not available so they “upgraded” me to a budget large car (exactly what I did not want for the narrow streets in Sicily). Additionally they had deactivated apple car play and android auto, when asked about this they said you have to pay €10 a day for their sat nav system, a complete scam.

Excellent service and price from Locauto ... as always. We booked a last minute one-day car hire and got a brand new Jeep for just €25.

Everything was as agreed, stuff is friendly and helpful and that's as it should be.
I would recommend their agency to anyone I know.

Very Professional, no hidden fees

Everythink went great, from check in to check out, the car was fine, no credit card and deposit were needed.

Convenient location of the rental point in Palermo. The car rental and return process was quick and efficient. The car was clean and performed flawlessly.

I rent Fiat Panda, it has only 6.000 km, almost new. Rental place was in Palermo. Pick-up and car return was fast any easy. To be more relax on travel I take option don't warry. During travel I was very satisfied with car, and small size was really benefit in case of parking and driving through city and narrow street. Petrol station is 200m from rental office and that make car return, more convenient.

Excellent service when picking up the vehicle at Notarbartolo in Palermo. Very good, almost new vehicle with a navigation system. Friendly service. Unfortunately, the staff were overwhelmed when returning the vehicle at Palermo Airport. Long lines at the parking lot and confusion between the rental and the return - but some very friendly employees.
