Everything all great, except…
Everything all great and we thank Locauto for that. But to ensure a fantastic experience, the company should explain how ZTL zones work with Waze (it simply does not work properly in these areas and you might take a long time to arrive at destination). It happened to us in downtown Florence. And another thing we did not know is that auto service at gas stations require a credit card pin to work. I do have a PIN for my credit card. The result is that I could not fuel the car and had to pay the extra fee to the car rental company afterwards. Besides these things, car was clean and new, worked pretty well. Maybe these instructions should be given to the client at pickup point.

Great service
When we picked up the car the service was professional. She showed us a sheet of paper with already damages to the car and all the information we would need. The pick-up and drop off was fast. We also got upgraded even though we had never rented a car from Locauto. Though, it was a bit expensive compared to other rental companies we have used on holiday in Europe.
