Pleasant and helpful. Car great. They booked us a taxi after we dropped off
Nice people at the centre which is a little out of town but easy to get to by taxi from the station

Positive, professional, cordial, patient, obliging agents on site who take pride in delivering excellent service—at the point of pick-up as well as drop-off. I cite Luca for praise because his is the only name (of three) I know. All three deserve special recognition.

Locauto in Siena and Terni were great
Locauto in Siena and Terni were both awesome to deal with. Our car overheated on our way to our next destination. They responded quickly, gave us options and worked with our schedule. We exchanged car in Terni without any fuss.
