Great experience, the car was perfec and the worker's were very kind. İ thought we would have problems, however everything was so smooth.

When I got in the car I started to back straight out with no turning of the wheel and the car was perfectly straight period but I did not realize was that there was a tree in the parking lot that actually clipped the rearview mirror. There was another car parked extremely close so they're really was little to no room to adjust for the tree being there. All it did was create a very small crack that was hardly visible to the inside plastic surrounding, mirror is 100% fully functional and you cannot even tell that it was damaged at all. However, since it was at the location and I told the service people about it they are charging me for a new mirror. My first question is why would anybody park a car that close to a tree where you cannot back straight out in a car rental parking lot? Besides that the service was good but it was very upsetting to start my two-week adventure

An excellent car

Im here from Australia, and needed a car to rent for a couple of days. Locauto was great. It was easy to book and pre check in online. When i picked the car up the staff were friendly and helpful. The car was a ready and available at the allocated time, it was a very nice clean car.
Overall it was a very good rental experience.

Lovely car, v clean. Efficient service (albeit a bit slow as one staff member dealing with tricky problem took some time). Agency is nowhere near the station - none of the rental places are so it's a taxi ride, but this is the only one that only closes for an hour at lunchtime. Easy check-in, car checked over while I was present.

The process was easy and the vehicle was reliable and clean. We were disappointed by the lack of CarPlay for GPS navigation in the Skoda we had.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we rented the car, they showed us some minor scratches that had been made earlier and noted them in the contract. The rental company is a bit far from the station, but a direct bus runs there. After returning the car, we asked the Lacauto staff to order us a taxi, which they did without any problems.
