The company's website provides exceptionally clear pages for making reservations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the available services. My experience at the office, both when collecting and returning the vehicle, was consistent with this standard of clarity and reliability; all aspects of the service were delivered as described. Although the office is situated somewhat outside the city, it remains conveniently reachable via public transportation or taxi. In conclusion, my experience renting a car from this company ranks among the best I have had.

Booking was fast, reception was friendly and check out was efficient.
The only negative point was the price, more than 100€ per day is really high.

Initially the rental car counter staff was rude. I did not have the experience that I have with National, which is excellent customer service. From staff being rude, unaccommodating and unhelpful in several instances. Staff did not have answers to questions and had me fill out a form online. That in and of itself is awful customer service.
Then I was charged an additional day of rental because the contract switched from Locauto to National. I picked the car up at 2pm and returned it at noon. But Locauto charged me an additional day because I signed the rental agreement early at 10am and did not wait until 2pm to change it. That’s unacceptable customer service. No mention of this when I spoke to them. They should have clearly stated this and I would have adjusted my travel. Very disappointing experience.

Excellent team at Locauto, car ready in good order. Very pleasant and welcoming .

The car was ready and clean the person who I dealt with was very polite and friendly explaining everything very clearly also transparent regarding damage already on the car I also had the same experience on returning the car

the price was high (130€ per day) , i was expecting something less expensive.

Everything went well, since the first step of the procees until the last one, nothing to improve, Initially, we recieve a very useful and detailed explanation, about the car and the things to pay attention at,as well the way, how we have to come back the keys on Sunday

helpful staff, nice car, easy process

Service, a wonderful car. However, I am not clear what I have been billed. And because I don't understand the Italian language, I left the car with a full tank of gas and am awaiting word whether I receive a credit for the gas.

Location easy to find, quick service but staff were fairly miserable, car was presentable, but needed a good wash and windscreen was filthy inside.
Return
Location awkward to find (Bologna airport) but quick service, staff more cheerful. Car was carefully checked, but was not given any formal confirmation that there was no further damage - so hopeful there’ll be no issues in the next few days

Fast pick up & drop off
Car size a bit smaller than expected (2 big luggage) but we can fold the rear seats (luckily only 2 persons)
Location a bit far from center or train station.
