No hassles rental
Booking, pickup, and drop off were all very easy and quick. Car was exactly what we reserved and the location was pretty easy to get to. Staff spoke English so communications were easy.

It was a great experience
It was a great experience. The entire renting process was smooth and fast. Martha made sure I understand everything about the car and she also guided us through basic rules of driving in Italy as it was our first time driving here. Highly recommend.

The pickup was fantastic
The pickup was fantastic. The fellow was very kind and helpful. The drop off was confusing because it was in FLorence. There was nobody there when we dropped it off in the shop or the office. We had to catch aflight so I left the keys in the drop box.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The lady behind the desk helped with my lack of Italian with her almost perfect English, took care of all aspects of the rental with ease, helped me with any questions or problems I had and even called a taxi for me upon returning the car.
The location could be spruced up just a tad, those excellent folks who work at the counter given a shinier place to work in (which would be nicer for the customers too).
