Perfect check in experience at Siena, we were asked if we’d mind driving an automatic which was no problem. The check in staff explained everything in well spoken English. Checked car thoroughly before driving away to confirm they had already identified existing scratches and dents which they had. Car was larger than requested with plenty of boot space and very economical on fuel.
As usual when hiring a car the staff tried to sell extra insurance which I didn’t need but he wasn’t pushy and quickly accepted I didn’t want it.
The return at Pisa airport was also efficient. She checked the car thoroughly and confirmed no additional damage had been caused during our use which is recorded on the check out documents.
I’d definitely use them again and the cost was much better than other well known hire companies.

Great service and attitude! We needed a rental car during our time in Siena for a wedding and we didn’t have a booked reservation. The representatives were friendly and found us a suitable car within minutes. We completed the registration and were on our way. They were also accommodating to a different drop-off location - the absolute best. Cheers to the team.

The personnel spoke English well, immediately looked up our Expedia payment, the car was in perfect condition, they made our interactions speedy.

Everything went well with the car and the return. It's mostly the car pick-up that was long. We had to wait in line for a long period and the car has been cleaned inside, but not the exterior.

the car was ok, the only thing it was a bit upseting is that the usb it was not working, so we have to look and save our mobile battery at times
