Excellent customer service.
As a first time international driver in Italy to rent a car, the lady at the front desk really took time and care and guided me through the process. I also received a free upgrade for a car which was fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Worst experience in many years as a loyal customer, I left the car full of petrol/benzin just filled up before leaving it ( with prove of receipt), been charged of more then 80€. No one can solve the matter bout that.
The morning after (Monday 13/4) in Verona went to rent another car for a family member, the guys was very very rude and racist with very bad attitude.

I had a really good experience with Locauto. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient, and the pickup and drop-off process was smooth and hassle-free.
The price was a bit on the higher side compared to other options, but the quality of service definitely made up for it. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I expected.
Overall, I’d recommend Locauto if you’re looking for reliable service and a stress-free rental experience.

Got a worse car than what I had…
Got a worse car than what I had ordereder, they argued they were a "similar class". I disagree, and would not have payed as much if I knew what car I would eventually get.
That said, the car worked fine it was just a bit smaller and not as powerful as the one I had originally booked. Desk was empty when I arrived to drop off the key and return the car so I just left the key in the key box which seemed to have been fine.
