Smell of smoke
Friendly staff however car interior was dirty and with very strong smell of smoke. Disappointed and will not use them again.

I have rented a car many times with Locauto, and every time the experience has been excellent.
The staff at the reception are always very kind and welcoming, with a big smile. Everything always goes smoothly whenever I rent from them.

The service is fast and pleasant. The car is very clean and looked like new. Very convenient to return the car if the flight is outside office hours. The place to pick up and return the car is great. I sincerely recommend it.

I forgot my driving licence (my fault)
I forgot my driving licence (my fault), but the process to change the booking to my wife was very slow and difficult, e.g i was asked to call Car trawler but it was italian speaking. It took 1hr to try and resolve. Other than that, no issues.

Marie was very helpful. She let me pick from another car in the class. Let me decide. She was very helpful. Thanks Marie. The return we were met by a gentleman. He inspected the car and review fuel etc. We did not need to go to the counter. It was smooth.
