Very good company

I think the smoothest and best experience I had so far with a car rental company - highly recommended!

Car was ok nice and new , although upon leaving the site within 3 miles , tyre pressure warning light came on , ad blue warning light also came on , and the worst part was we had to cancel a ski day , as in resort the snow was coming down hard and needed chains they supplied went to fit them and there was only 1 in the box. Meaning we couldn’t get out of resort . Which is actually illegal 🙈 in hindsight I should have checked but they brought them out from the office and put in the car so didn’t think . The service and car were fine they are just obviously not checked or maintained often enough . They are cheap for a reason

I had a booking through my travel company with Enterprise. When I landed in Turin at 20:55 I was greeted by a very long and very slow immigration line. At 22:45 I was still in this line and called the L'Ocauto office when I spoke with the employee who told me that he could wait until 23:15. I arrived at the car hire desk at 23:05 where I met the employee who was closing and leaving with his dog. He told me he could not give me the car and that he is going home. I was left with no car and no hotel as my hotel was 100 miles away. The next day at opening time 08:00 the employee told me my car was no longer available and I had to make a new booking at an enhanced rate.

Upon returning the vehicle the agent seemed determined to find a fault in order to further charge me. The agent found the smallest of chips on the front windscreen and charged me 630euros. The chip was so minuscule that there is absolutely no chance that the company will be replacing the windscreen. The agent simply stated ‘this is my company’ when asked why it was so expensive. I understand that any damage is the responsibility of the service user, but a windscreen chip is out of ones control and 630 euros is outrageous.

This has far outweighed the positive review I would have left. The smart check in service is excellent. The 0.01 euro deposit is a great idea. The price of hiring the vehicle was more than reasonable. This should be a 5 star review, but I feel that fault was going to be found either way in order to charge me more.

Honesty. On more than one occasion I've been incorrectly charged by other rental companies for pre-existing damage when a car was returned. Locauto didn't do this. I'll be using them from now on.

When we did not have the correct Visa card to match the booking, the staff went out of their way to help resolve the issue, by switching the main driver at no extra cost and sorting very quickly. What could have been stressful was very stress free

Very easy to rent, a good price, no problems and no credit card needed as I booked through indigo car hire. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They are more than great. I get the car at Torino airport, and return it, at Malpensa Airport (Milan), they are very easy to find and deal with them. 100% recommended

The service desk is not in the terminal building but across the street in the ground floor of the multi storey car park. Once located however, check in was very straightforward. I had ordered snow chains with my booking. The car was in great condition and came with the added bonus of winter tyres. As with most vendors you will need to fill up the car within a few miles of the airport to avoid a surcharge. I also recommend taking a video of the vehicle condition at the start and end of the hire period. But i had no problems with Locauto. The return process was very quick and efficient.

Easy collection. Brand new car. No hidden fees. Would highly recomend,👌🏻 dropped the keys of and got on our flight.

The rental desk was critically understaffed, it was understaffed on arrival and it was at breaking point on returning the car, with only one member of staff to issue cars and to take returns. As a customer it was very uncomfortable to experience the level of stress this member of staff was under.
This location appears to be very poorly managed / or poorly supported. There where a number irate customers which added considerably to staff stress. Very disappointing.

Easy to rent the car, fast check in, check out.
