Great service - George
I had an excellent experience with Locauto Group in Trapani, thanks to George. I accidentally booked my rental for the wrong dates, and he went above and beyond to help me fix it quickly and at a very reasonable cost with no hassle at all.
On top of that, I ran into an issue with my credit card at a gas station, and George stepped in to help me sort it out, which I really appreciated.
Overall, he was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. Customer service like this makes a big difference - highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic car rental company…
Absolutely fantastic car rental company and experience. We had an issue with a slow puncture repaired and got a full refund a few days later for the cost. Staff at both Trapani and Catania airports were top class, fast, friendly and very helpful! We had a hybrid Fiat Panda and it was good on fuel and perfectly fine for sight seeing the entire Sicily, even driving up giant volcano’s! Thanks for a suburb experience, highly recommended and we will definitely use your services again on our next visit.
