I recommend this car rental. Pick up was quick, person was nice and explained everything. We got almost new car in very good condition. We didn't have any issues during our Sicily trip.

Great service - George
I had an excellent experience with Locauto Group in Trapani, thanks to George. I accidentally booked my rental for the wrong dates, and he went above and beyond to help me fix it quickly and at a very reasonable cost with no hassle at all.
On top of that, I ran into an issue with my credit card at a gas station, and George stepped in to help me sort it out, which I really appreciated.
Overall, he was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. Customer service like this makes a big difference - highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic car rental company and experience. We had an issue with a slow puncture repaired and got a full refund a few days later for the cost. Staff at both Trapani and Catania airports were top class, fast, friendly and very helpful! We had a hybrid Fiat Panda and it was good on fuel and perfectly fine for sight seeing the entire Sicily, even driving up giant volcano’s! Thanks for a suburb experience, highly recommended and we will definitely use your services again on our next visit.

Everything went smooth and quick. They did not push me to buy one of their expensive extra insurances when I told them that I already have an insurance.

Checkin (return car) was easy cause the servant came quite immediately to the car in order to inspect it and make sure the fuel (benzina) was full.
Otherwise they would have charged 240 € additionally.
