Checkin (return car) was easy cause the servant came quite immediately to the car in order to inspect it and make sure the fuel (benzina) was full.
Otherwise they would have charged 240 € additionally.

Reliable car rental
The fact that you can do online check in was perfect, it only took few minutes before I could get the car and start my holiday, on top of that the car was almost brand new and very comfortable, definitely will rent again

Best car rental service we have experience in Italy sofar!
There weren’t nearly any waiting lines when we arrived at the airport. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The locauto app made the check in process go very smooth.
It was a short walk to the car park, the bus we had rented was clean and fully fueled.
When we had to deliver the bus back the check out process was equally smooth and we again met very helpful and friendly staff. Compared to other rental businesses in Italy we experienced an excellent service and will book with them again in the future!
