I rented a car straight from the Trapani airport and also drop it there. It was easy and fast and the car was fairly new. Much easier with car in the area. The staff was helpful and there were no problems regarding the rental.

Good value for money. Quick and efficient at the airport. Lack of person to check in car was a little worrying in case of any disputes but was okay in the end.

I had to buy a full extra day because I returned the car after 10 AM. However, I was not let known of this since I explicitly said I was going to arrive at the airport at 4 PM when I was checking in/picking up the car. The least you could do, I believe, was let me know previously or inform me when I was picking up the car. If not, why would you even ask what time I am checking out beforehand?
I won't argue of it being unfair having the checkout at 10 since there are no flights on the airport until ~5 PM, so it's clear the point is making those who rent the car buy an extra useless day... but at least you could inform me beforehand.

Was good experience. Service at the airport good and friendly. Shape of the car good. Bad: 100€ for a second driver by far to expensive. All in all price too high. For 10 days much more than 440€ is too much for a very little car with very small engine in the low season booked months in advance But no unexpected surprises what I liked.

Very good experience comparing to other similar companies in Italy. This time I tried the Booking ensurence and it went perfectly. Also Giorgio at Trapani Aeroport was very kind and clear with all the details.

The lady on reception was excellent. Very welcoming and spoke fluent English. This was on arrival and departure. The car was exactly what we needed.

All was OK, the car was clean and almost new ;) no problem with the car or with the kiosk lade on the Airport. I'm sure I'll use this Locauto car rental in the future again.

Nohting to say about the information done or about the check in experience itself. However once we have asked for someone to come with us, to check out the car, and see potential damages before picking it up, that wouldn't be listed in the contract, the employees become more indifferent. And i also think that employees should have good english speaking skills in order to facilitate the experience.

Excellent service from start to finish, the lady on the reception desk when we arrived was very helpful at clarifying the rental conditions also offered extra protection on the vehicle for any unforeseen hiccups i.e. flat tyre, breakdown ect. To save time and initial expense which was very helpful. On drop-off of the vehicle a similar experience which was very quick and professional. After a check of the vehicle and fuel gauge, we was asked to sign paper work and the handover was complete, we felt very satisfied with the service which was received throughout. 19/5-26/5/2024
