I get car in the range that I made…
I get car in the range that I made reservation. I reservated Golf and I get Puma. Its similar by size, but it was better becouse it's higher and the roads are totaly desaster.

Jeep Renegade replaced by lower category VW T-cross did not fit bags
I rented a Jeep Renegade 'or similar' and I was given a Volkwagen T-cross, being assured they were the same category. The trunk size of the latter quite smaller could not fit 2 medium-sized bags, hence I had to drive with a bag in the back seat, that is illegal. Next airport I rented a Renegade from a different company, and got one. Both bags fit.

Easy and straightforward
Very straightforward experience, the only thing I can say is that it would've been useful if someone from the company were located at the rental carpark too, like other brands do.

We rented a car from this company for…
We rented a car from this company for the first time, everything was fast, clear and polite. You will be given your car keys directly at the terminal office. After which you go to the parking lot with the car keys. The only unusual thing was that you picked up the car in the parking lot; there was no company representative there. When you return your car, you leave the car where you picked it up and go to the office in the terminal; if it is after hours, put the keys in a special box on the wall.

Pretty good service 4/5
Pretty good service. We have rented car in Trapani Airport (Sicily) via booking.com (with insurance from booking which I also recommend). Service was ok, however with classic "issues" like traying to sell some extra, not needed things (including of course own insurance) + I had to asked for resending agreement. Car was with lot of little damaged but generally in good condition and full fuel. Return has been made outside working hours so we dropped the keys to the box. After 3-4 weeks credit card deposit has been released.

Whe pickig up the car
Whe pickig up the car , the service was good. I paid extra 251 for full insurance , so it was not cheap. When returnig the car I had lees about 1/4 tank of gasoline because I was too late at the airport. It Cost me extra 107 EUR. Very, very expensive additional service. Well, it will stay in my memory....

clear explanations about the contract. Car equivalent to that agreed. A plus is the clause not to take into account small claws of less than 5 mm.
One stress, however, is the appearance of a tire pressure warning light after 200 km (may be due to 38°C on the road).
