Select the car wisely, LocAUTO is not supportive in terms of Billing Entity
I required to issue Invoice on company name. Booking girl confirmed YES. But when returning car at Milan Linate, he said sorry sir system of LocAuto issues invoice only on driver name and asked me to contact Trieste airport.
For god sake, Milan is more than 600km far, should I keep the car and drive all the way back just for billing invoice address change, as there is no way to call them when you are in international roaming.
This is 2nd time, they harassed me on the Billing Invoice

I GOT A FLAT TIRE 200KM FROM MY HOTEL. YOUR RROADSIDE ASSISTANCE ONLY WANTED TO TOE THE CAR AND LEAVE ME AND MY FAMILY WITHOUT ANY SUPPORT. I PAID 120EUR FOR A TOW TO THE NEAREST TIRE CHANGE AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE FIX 35 EUR.
